The Cardinal and the Truth
No member of the Roman Catholic hierarchy fought longer and more energetically than Cardinal Roger Mahony of Los Angeles to conceal the decades-long scandal involving the rape and intimidation of children by rogue priests. For years, the cardinal withheld seamy church records from parents, victims and the public, brandishing endless litigation and fatuous claims of confidentiality …” Editorial in The New York Times

All I can think of with Roger Mahoney, is that he sold crypts. for 10’s of millions of dollars to movie stars and wealthy people who were’nt Catholic. I was still a practicing RC at the time. I was upset because he broke the rules and was doing
it for the money. It was so obvious but nobody cared or tried to do something about it. No protests. from the people, no Vatican reprimand. Just like the apathy of today. TOTAL BRAIN WASHING GOING ON FOR MILLENIUM(s).
So the same type of hipocracy.? in the RCC has been going on with the pedophile scandals with u unholy
celebrity, Cardinal Mahoney in LA.
The Roman church knows nothing but prestige, pomp and brazen hipocracy. I’ve. been out of this evil place since 1999 and blogging every day since, to curtail the evil. How can this contnue. with Christians? Maybe they’re not!
