For Pope Francis: A To-Do List on Women / Huffington Post

Dear Pope Francis: As this new year unfolds, I’ve decided that, with all due respect, it is time for me to share with you my suggested ‘To-Do list on Women.’ I’ve been deeply moved by your passionate defense of the poor; your willingness to call unbridled capitalism what it is, a spirit-killing machine for those to whom its bounty fails to trickle down; your symbolically and not so symbolically throwing the money changers — in the form of remote, rich, recriminating hierarchs — out of the Church temple. But I have been far less moved by what you have been saying about women.”

Bravo! You are so on point. You have articulated what so many intelligent women have felt. Your mother was right. Don’t let “them” get in the way. As my sister once said so sincerely, go straight to the CEO. When you someday see Him\Her face to face you and I will have to answer the question why did you allow them keep you away from Me and My truth. I would also like to say I cannot compare homosexuality with abortion. Homosexuality is not a choice, abortion is. I do, however agree with the term “who are am I to judge?”. That is the CEO’s job, not ours.
